Course Description

The OCTCO course provides specialized knowledge for seafarers involved in oil and chemical tanker cargo operations. Participants learn about cargo characteristics, tanker construction, cargo handling systems, and the hazards associated with transporting petroleum and chemical products. The training focuses on safe loading, discharging, tank cleaning, and pollution prevention practices.
