CHEMCO (Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations)
Course Description
The CHEMCO course provides advanced training for seafarers handling chemical tanker cargo operations. This program covers cargo properties, risk management, tank preparation, cargo transfer systems, and emergency procedures specific to chemical tankers. The course ensures complete competence in handling highly hazardous cargoes safely.
Participants gain technical skills in cargo containment, tank cleaning, safety equipment usage, and emergency shutdown procedures, meeting the highest industry and STCW standards.

Advance Course Qualification
- CDC stamp pages - minimum six month sailing experience

Simulated operational drills are part of the course.
