Course Description
This course prepares seafarers, especially those on passenger ships, to manage emergency situations while maintaining passenger safety and order. It focuses on decision-making, crowd control, communication, and leadership during crises. Participants learn how to assess threats, coordinate emergency procedures, and provide support to passengers during stressful situations.
The program strengthens behavioral understanding, enabling crew members to handle panic, provide guidance, and maintain a safe environment on board during emergencies.
